Teaching has been an important part of my career for almost two decades — and remains something I genuinely love.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of teaching thousands of students around the world, from aspiring cake artists and established professionals to international schools and large-scale commercial bakeries.

My experience has taken many forms: writing and developing professional diploma programmes, running leading cake schools, delivering masterclasses and demonstrations, training commercial bakery teams internationally, filming educational content, and teaching at industry events around the world.

Today, alongside my work as a cake artist, I continue to welcome opportunities to teach, mentor and share the knowledge I have gained throughout my career.
